Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Technical Service Representative, which we call Service Agent. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs.

No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk

• Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes

• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained

• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract

• Successful completion of criminal background check

• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $17.40 – $18.16
