Occupational Therapist – Midtown Oaks Post Acute
Location: Midtown Sacramento, CA
Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sacramento! New graduates are welcome to apply and bring fresh perspectives to our resident-centered care. We offer a competitive pay range of $60-$70 per hour.
Position Highlights:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for residents
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ functional abilities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Document progress and update care plans as needed
Qualifications:
- California Occupational Therapist license
- Strong commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
