Department Summary
The Business Development, Sales and Marketing organization operates across Canada, building trusted business relationships with decision-makers at all levels of government. Our mission is to expand Maximus Canada business with our current government clients and grow the business with new clients. Working within a Business to Government (B2G) model, we develop awareness and interest with our target audience of government policy leaders, match our business offerings to the needs of our current and prospective clients, build trust with key stakeholders at meetings and events, and participate in complex and multi-step government procurement processes.
Position Summary
As a Director, Sales Operations you will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development team to provide stronger analytical capabilities and process improvement to help grow revenue from our existing and new accounts. In this role, you will streamline our sales processes, optimize performance, and provide strategic support to our sales organization. You will work closely with National Leader of Business Development and Growth as well as cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enable our sales professionals to achieve their targets.
