REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Specific requirements regarding education may vary from state to state depending on state regulations.EXPERIENCE: Commitment to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. Ability to work as part of a team. Must have a driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency’s insurance carrier and by Agency policy. Must be able to lift, pull, and push adequate weight to assist individuals supported. May be more than 50 pounds.NOTE: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified above under Education and Experience.What’s in it for you?
