Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring that food is both delicious and nutritious.
• Ensure all meals are served on time and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in menu planning and adjusting recipes to accommodate special dietary needs.
• Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely ordering and proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the dietary and healthcare teams to meet the specific needs of residents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cook in a healthcare facility, restaurant, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality meals to residents.
