Responsible for supporting the timely process through which end user issues and/or system problems are controlled. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Administers and/or maintains specified systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
Possesses knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field.
Desired professional certifications include; CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or related Office 365, or Microsoft OS administration certifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365.
Prior experience in supporting financial services applications is preferred, but not required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
