Administrative Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Data Management:
   
   • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
   • Utilize workforce management software to track staffing levels and productivity.
2. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
   
   • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
   • Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures.
3. Communication:
   
   • Support site supervision with Technical documents.
   • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding for new hires.
4. Collaboration:
   
   • Work closely with other departments to align staffing needs with operational goals.
   • Collaborate with payroll ensuring all Supervisor attendance reports are correct.
5. Training and Development:
   
   • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
   • Support career development initiatives within the organization.
6. Customer Service:
   
   • Provide excellent customer service to both internal employees and external clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills Required

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
